Add each person with their timezone and the hours they are usually available, in their own local time. The tool lines everyone’s day up and shows the windows when the whole group is free at the same time — so you can pick a meeting slot without doing timezone arithmetic in your head.

Common questions
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses each person’s named timezone and the current date, so seasonal shifts are accounted for automatically.
How many people can I add?
Up to ten. Overlap naturally gets narrower the more timezones you spread across, and with very distant zones there may be none.
What if there is no overlap?
The tool will tell you there is no shared working time. That itself is useful to know — it means someone will need to take a call outside their usual hours.
