What this does
Add each person with their timezone and the hours they are usually available, in their own local time. The tool lines everyone’s day up and shows the windows when the whole group is free at the same time, so you can pick a meeting slot without doing timezone arithmetic in your head.

When it’s useful
Any time people in different time zones need to find a moment that works for everyone:
- Scheduling across a distributed team. Find the window when colleagues in, say, London, New York, and Singapore are all at their desks, and see how narrow it really is.
- Booking a call with a client abroad. Check a good time before you propose one, rather than suggesting a slot that lands in the middle of their night.
- Keeping in touch with family overseas. Spot the hours when you’re both awake and free, without counting on your fingers.
- Planning around no overlap. Sometimes there simply isn’t a shared working window. Knowing that tells you someone will need to take a call early or late, and lets you share the load fairly.
How it handles time zones
Each person is set by their named time zone rather than a fixed offset, so daylight saving is taken into account automatically for the current date, so no need to remember who has just sprung forward or fallen back. The overlap is worked out precisely, then shown to each person in their ownlocal time, so everyone reads the result off the row that matches their clock. The whole calculation runs on your device; nothing about who you meet with is sent anywhere.
Common questions
How do I find a meeting time across time zones?
Add each person, set their time zone and usual working hours, and the tool shows the window when everyone is free at once, displayed in each person’s own local time so nobody has to convert anything.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses each person’s named timezone and the current date, so seasonal shifts are accounted for automatically.
How many people can I add?
Up to ten. Overlap naturally gets narrower the more timezones you spread across, and with very distant zones there may be none.
What if there is no overlap?
The tool will tell you there is no shared working time. That itself is useful to know. It means someone will need to take a call outside their usual hours.
Can I set different working hours for each person?
Yes. Each person has their own From and To hours, so you can mix an early starter, a nine-to-five, and someone who works late, and the overlap reflects all of them.
Is my information saved?
No. Names, zones, and hours stay in your browser and aren’t sent to a server or stored. Reloading the page starts fresh.
