Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what happens to data when you use VeryQuickTools. The short version: the tools themselves process everything in your browser and send nothing to us. The main data-collection on this site comes from third-party advertising, which is covered below.
This site is operated by veryquicktools. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at veryquicktools@gmail.com.
The tools
Every tool on VeryQuickTools runs entirely in your web browser. Any content you paste or open — CSV data, files, text — is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to, received by, or stored on our servers. When you close the tab, that data is gone. We have no account system and no database of user content.
Advertising cookies
We use Google AdSense to display adverts, which is how this site is funded. Google and its partners may set cookies and process personal data — such as your device identifiers, IP address, and browsing activity — to show and measure adverts.
Where required, we ask for your consent before any non-essential advertising cookies are set, using a consent banner. You can accept or reject these cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. If you reject them, adverts may still appear but will be non-personalised.
You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services atpolicies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage your Google ad settings atmyadcenter.google.com.
What we collect ourselves
We do not run our own analytics or tracking, and we do not ask you for personal information.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, have it erased, and object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you ourselves, most requests about advertising data are handled by Google as the party processing it; the links above are the fastest route. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) atico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
