Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover your use of VeryQuickTools (the "site") and the free tools it provides. By using the site, you agree to them. They're written to be as plain as possible — the short version is: the tools are free, use them sensibly, and they come with no guarantees.
Using the tools
You're welcome to use the tools on VeryQuickTools for personal or commercial work, free of charge, without needing an account. You don't need permission to use the output of a tool — if you clean a CSV or compare two files here, the result is yours to do with as you please.
You agree not to misuse the site: don't attempt to disrupt it, overload it with automated requests, break into any part of it, or use it to do anything unlawful.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While I work to keep them accurate and reliable, I can't guarantee that any tool is free of errors, will produce correct results for every input, or will always be available. You use them at your own risk.
This matters most when the result matters: if you're relying on a tool's output for something important, check the result yourself before you depend on it. A tool here is a convenience, not a substitute for your own judgement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VeryQuickTools and its operator won't be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools — including any loss of data, or any decision made or action taken based on a tool's output. Because the tools run in your own browser and your content isn't sent to me, responsibility for your data and how you use any results rests with you.
Third-party content and links
This site is funded by advertising served by Google, and may contain links to other websites. I don't control third-party adverts or linked sites and am not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. How advertising data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
I may update these terms as the site changes or as requirements change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
VeryQuickTools is operated from the United Kingdom, and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
